Way to go Mustangs!

The coaches are excited. We have a great group of young men. They are eager to learn, and not once tonight did I have to say "put your mouthpiece in, when you are on the field". That means they are attentive. Next weeks practice schedule is below. After next week, we are only planning on practicing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. But, I know that "back-to-school nights" start the second week of school. I know that OTMS is Thursday 8-28. Please let me know when your schools BTSN is scheduled. That may throw another kink into our schedule. We will try to work around it. Starting next week, we are practicing from 6:15-8:15 pm. But, during the season, we may call for an extra practice or film session on Wednesday's, if we feel the need. The coaches are excited. We have a great group of young men. Items needed for "full pads" practice
- Cleats - Football or soccer cleats will work.
- 7 piece pad and pants set. We will wear navy blue pants(it hurts me to say navy) for games. Hint,
you can wash the pants with the pads intact. These can also be used for practice. Nill Brothers
Sports know what color Arbanas Mustangs wear.
Navy blue socks for games, also.
- Practice jersey. Any old t-shirt that fits over the shoulder pads are good.

Mouthpiece - if they have a strap that attaches to the face mask, they will not lose them.
I have learned that Anderson & Schraeder have ordered their jersey's at Nill Brothers, while ordering pants. That is OK. If anybody else has, please let me know. I have told Rob at Nill Brothers to double-check my list versus new Mustang orders. I ordered jerseys today for the rest of the team that needed them. They cost around $35.00. They should be ready in a couple weeks, and I will pick them up. I also order Mustang helmet decals today. They will be ready in a couple weeks, also.
